The apartment has been renovated and offers the charm of the old as well as the comfort of a modern apartment. You will love the old beams, the charming decoration as well as the industrial style touches like the glass roof. The living room is made up of a living area, with a comfortable sofa, an open kitchen equipped with everything you need: oven, induction hob, utensils, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. The bedroom is separated from this living space thanks to the glass roof, and offers a double bed, the TVs are connected to the internet, as well as a lovely view. The shower room offers a shower with doors, a mini-washing machine (3Kg), a pretty sink with mirror, a towel dryer and a drying rack. The toilets are separate and have a window. There are a total of 7 windows in the apartment, it is through and very bright (facing south on a pedestrian cul-de-sac and very quiet) and offers a clear view of the typically Parisian roofs. All windows have blackout blinds.

This apartment is rented for medium-term stays and is available for bookings of a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 300 days. A civil code lease agreement is signed between the owner and the tenant, and a refundable security deposit as well as an advance payment are required before the access code is provided. Electricity consumption is billed separately at €0.50/kWh. To ensure cleanliness and comfort, a mandatory cleaning service, including a change of household linen, is scheduled once a month. Cancellation Policy: Upon booking confirmation, a first payment of 10% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card, primarily to validate and authenticate your payment method.

An email will be sent to you by our partner Charge Automation in order to take the fingerprint of your bank card and check its validity (check if the email has not arrived in your spam folder).

The remaining balance (90%) will be charged 48 hours later or on the check-in day or must be paid via bank transfer.

A full refund is granted if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of booking and at least 120 days before arrival. After this period, the first 90 days of the stay are non-refundable.
