This apartment is rented for medium-term stays and is available for bookings of a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 300 days. A civil code lease agreement is signed between the owner and the tenant, and a refundable security deposit as well as an advance payment are required before the access code is provided. Electricity consumption is billed separately at €0.50/kWh. To ensure cleanliness and comfort, a mandatory cleaning service, including a change of household linen, is scheduled once a month.
