The apartment is located on the second floor of a beautiful Haussmann-style stone building. You will go up to the 2nd floor via a wide and comfortable period staircase (unfortunately there is no elevator, which does not allow access for people with reduced mobility). Our 2nd floor is for Americans the 3rd floor which means there are 2 floors to go up. The front door has a brass plaque with the number 202 on the bottom line. The apartment overlooks a quiet street and courtyard and has just been renovated with materials and respecting the architectural quality of the time. Very functional and perfectly equipped, it has 2 bedrooms, one with 1 queen size double bed and a second bedroom with 2 twin 80 x 190 beds. With the independent entrance, travelers feel free to come and go as if they were at home. We appreciate that our guests live a real Parisian life but of course we remain at their disposal at any time either by message or by telephone.
The apartment was the filming location for several episodes of TV series such as "Real Girlfriends in Paris" (2022) and "Mommy and Famous" (2021).

Travelers will have access to the entire apartment. The apartment is well distributed and there is space to store suitcases, which is very useful. The apartment is non smoking. Parties are stricktly forbidden. Only guests who have booked are authorize in the apartment. During your stay, it is forbidden to use additional beds than booked (like the sofa bed for example). If you want to use additional beds, you would need to book with the exact number of beds which will be used. The apartment is equiped with a noise detector. The detector allows to measure the sound level but do not make it possible to record conversations. We can propose on demand cleaning service, change linen on demand for any stay. We can also propose you delivery of breakfasts on demand through companies like Uber Eat or Deliveroo. We permanently leave a foldable baby bed with its mattress as well as a foldable high chair in the apartment. The baby bed and the chair remain folded and are stored in the apartment's storage room. We prefer to leave it to the parents to use the baby bed by unfolding it and installing it and the same for the high chair. We regret that we cannot provide you with a sheet or blanket for the cot because we cannot take the risk of suffocation. The mattress measures 60 cm x 120 cm. We are counting on you to bring a fitted sheet and a mattress pad so as not to dirty the mattress. We do our best to change the cot mattresses as often as possible but we cannot guarantee that you may find a stain on the mattress in which case it would be nice to let us know so that we can purchase a new one. mattresses for the next travelers. On the day of your departure, we are also counting on you to fold the baby cot correctly, put it back in its cover as well as the mattress and store the folded baby cot and the folded high chair in the apartment's storage room. We do not provide any crib or pack and play.
